.  Minutes of Club meeting held on Thursday 29^th October 2009 at 7.30pm

In Spey Bay Hall.  

In Attendance:  Thirteen members were present.  

Apologies:  Ian Ross, Willie Robb, Bill Mustard, Ian Borthwick & Charlie Craib. 

Minutes of Previous Meeting: In the absence of the secretary no minutes were available for reading.

Club Business:  The Chairman thanked all for attending and informed members that the usual area had been booked for the forth coming Model Exhibition at the Town Hall, Elgin, before handing over to Mike Henderson who asked members to give a little more support to the event this year saying that help was also needed on the Friday afternoon/evening for setting up.

Secretary. In his absence nothing to report.

Treasurer. Reported membership now stands at 52 members. Bank balance in a healthy position.

  Club dinner,  Will be at the Gordon Arms, Fochabers on the 31^st October 7:30 for 8:00pm. Final numbers standing at thirteen.

Safety.  Mike reminded members of the obligation noted in the SAA rules for incident reporting.

AOCB. The SAA AGM is on the 5th of December. full details are in the latest SAA magazine. and a small contingent of our members will be attending.

Entertainment. After the conclusion of the business the chairman handed over the floor to Mr. Robert Ross.            Local Pilot & Aircraft Enthusiast who entertained members with stories of his experiences and encounters with various people in the aviation world.  "Members enjoyed the talk so much that Robert has been invited to return next year with further anecdotes and memories.

Next Meeting.  Thursday 26^th November. "Annual General Meeting Spey Bay Hall. 7:30pm.
